I work as a science communicator at the University of Italian Switzerland. I am the author of the essay "What's boiling in the pot. Science in the kitchen" (Codice edizioni, 2017). I collaborate with the Swiss Radio Television (RSI), newspapers such as Repubblica, festivals and science museums on topics that have to do with science and in particular the relationship between society, science and food.
