After graduating in Food Science and Technology, I started collaborating with various sector publications specialized in the food sector, dealing with the market, food technology, hygiene and safety. I am enrolled in the list of publicists of the Order of Journalists.
Since 2013 I have also been involved in training for operators in the food sector and in 2018 I founded, together with my colleague and friend Francesca De Vecchi, the company Formalimenti which deals with online training and information for the food greenhouse.
