Food writers e traveller passionate, I have a past like musician, freelance journalist and non-fiction author, Master in Marketing and Digital Communication it's a Diploma as a Chef. 

Amo tell about the foods of the world and the gastronomic traditions of each country, to discover the peoples and "people" behind them and all the sharing and "humanity" that exists in sitting at the table together.

In my blog, "Traveling with the chef" (https://inviaggioconlachef.com) tell the history and traditions of the gastronomy of various countries, and in collaboration with the Turin Tour Operator Antarctica I organize and accompany gourmet trips around the world.

Having also trained as a chef, in the blog I also have a section of recipes from the world, collected by me or reworked according to my tastes and proposed in a new guise, and I often tell the story and the use of particular ingredients or typical dishes and the techniques to make them.

The blog is about to become too video, with my new Youtube channel opening (https://t.ly/E3Q4).

I also take care of a Podcast linked to Blog (https://www.spreaker.com/show/in-viaggio-con-la-chef) in which I tell some of my gourmet travels in first person.

I write how freelance columnist for various publications, including the magazine of the Italian Academy of Cuisine.

I am also one speaker sector. and I hold courses and meetings of gastronomic culture, organized by me or at the invitation of associations, schools and private entities.

At l 'Unitre of Turin I keep the course "The world on your plate" in which in each story stories and international gastronomic traditions and insights into ingredients and typical dishes. The course is currently in its third edition.
