Graduated Dietitian in 1977 I continued my studies by attending medical conferences, because the part of medicine was not part of the five-year period of study. Prevention is for me the most significant part of food science. I worked for 22 years in catering companies, I took care of the school part, this gave me the opportunity to give good nutrition to the children. In 1999 I published my first book: "La Fatina Cipollina". In 2010 I presented noir at the Turin Book Fair: "Don't buy a house in the shadow of the cross, on the lake". Following in 2011 I published an anthology dedicated to women entitled "Women with missing lips" which was considered by readers in the wake of "Me too".

In the drawer I have numerous unpublished works, of different genres because I like to test myself, in fact I started with a fairy tale, I moved on to noir, then to the anthology on women.

In the meantime, I opened my online address book  First Time by Germana Blandin Savoia in the QuotidianoAlessandriaAstionline.Wordpress.com without any compensation.

I later started writing on my blog https://firsttime58.blogspot.com where I talk about nutrition as a dietician, I tell my impressions of travel, art exhibitions, medical conferences, congresses, fairs such as Tutto Food, Turin book fair, etc.
