Trustee of Slow Food Cagliari, Coordinator of Slow Food Sardinia (from 2021) and Expert Wine Taster for ONAV. Degree in Export Marketing and Master in Food Culture and Enogastronomic Traditions, he works at Sardegna Ricerche as Project Manager of innovative projects on tourism and agro-food and has managed support programs for companies for innovation and internationalization. He has been part of numerous juries of gastronomic reviews and teaches Marketing of Food and the Territory in advanced training courses. Reviewer of the Guide of the Inns of Italy since 2012 and columnist of the Sardinia Post magazine, on food issues, since 2019.
