Your personal data is processed lawfully and in accordance with the principles of correctness for the following purposes

1. provide you with information regarding the Festival of Food Journalism and the Festival Network (if you have decided to be part of it)
2. allow you to be among the subjects that make up the Food Journalism Festival network
3. provide you with information regarding initiatives related to the themes of the Festival of Food Journalism organized directly by the Associazione Pensare il Cibo or by other parties that are partners of the Festival

Processing methods:

The personal data that you have freely chosen to communicate to us will be treated lawfully and fairly, respecting the necessary security and confidentiality, through the following methods:

1. the data will be collected through direct interaction with you through electronic and automated tools or through the acquisition of public domain lists
2. the data will be recorded on electronic databases owned by us. The databases will be physically resident on the Italian territory
3. your data may be disclosed to third-party companies identified as Thinking of Food as "Data Processors", exclusively to allow the management of sending information as per the 1 purposes) and 2). Legal basis of the processing

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is based on your free registration on the site www.festivalgiornalismoalimentare.it, aimed at participating in the Festival and obtaining information on the topics covered by the same.

Mandatory or optional nature of providing data and consequences of a refusal to respond:

The provision of your data for the purpose of "providing you with information regarding the Festival of Food Journalism and the Festival Network (if you have decided to be part of it)" is mandatory. In case of refusal we will not be able to provide you with the requested service.

The provision of your data for the purpose of "providing you with information regarding initiatives connected with the themes of the Festival of Food Journalism organized directly by the Associazione Pensare il Cibo or by other partners of the Festival" is optional. In case of refusal you will not be able to receive information during the year.

Communication of data to third parties:

Your personal data will be processed by the data controller, by the data processors appointed by him and by the strictly authorized data processors.

Your personal data will not be disclosed.

In the sole case in which you have decided to be part of the Festival Network, they will be published on the website www.festivalgiornalismoalimentare.it in the "Festival network" section the following data: 1) Name and Surname; 2) Profession; 3) link to the social profiles that you have indicated in the 4 Festival Network registration form) a brief description you entered in the Festival Network registration form

Storage times:

your data will be stored for five years from the time you gave them. At the end of this period, you will be asked to consent to the processing again. If you do not express your opinion or deny consent, your data will be permanently deleted.

Existence of an automated decision-making process:

There is no automated decision making process.

Intention of the Data Controller:

We will not transfer your personal data to a third country or an international organization.

The owner of the data processing is the association "Pensare il Cibo", with registered office in Turin, in via Giuseppe Verdi n. 20, in the person of the Legal Representative.

Art. 7 Legislative Decree 196 / 2003 and art. 15 EU Regulation 679 / 2016 - Right to access personal data and other rights - The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him, even if not yet registered, and their communication in the form intelligible. The interested party has the right to object in whole or in part: for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection; to the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communication. In particular, the interested party may at any time ask the Data Controller for access to personal data and the correction or cancellation of the same or the limitation of the processing that concern them or to oppose their treatment, in addition to the right to data portability . The interested party has the right to revoke the consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation and has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
