A workshop with Costadoro to learn everything about coffee

Un laboratorio con Costadoro per imparare tutto sul caffé

For its coffee breaks, also in this seventh edition the Food Journalism Festival will rely on the professionalism and quality of historic Turin brand Caffè Costadoro. The team led by Fabio Verona, will be available to the festival-goers for training on coffee.

Thanks to the care taken in the production and training of its baristas, Costadoro has earned a leading role on the international scene and today it is in effect a point of reference in spreading the culture of Italian coffee around the world. At the basis of the company's work there are three key values: respect for the planet and the consumer, the pursuit of excellence in products and processes and the dissemination of the coffee culture, combining tradition and innovation.

Today Costadoro is present in over 40 countries around the world and produces over 1000 tons of coffee per year.

As per tradition, on the occasion of the Food Journalism Festival, Costadoro will not limit itself to animating the breaks with its products, but will offer taste and multisensory experiences to the journalists present at the Lingotto Congress Center. Costadoro will also be present with its own laboratory, to carry out its mission of "instilling" a real coffee culture.
