I am a professional taster and judge at beer competitions. Slow Food member since 2007, member of the Torino Città Condotta. I collaborate with Slow Food Editore for the Guide to Italian Beers; with the Turin Chamber of Commerce for the Masters of Taste. I personally take care of my review site "ilBirrotecario.it" where I tell about places I visited, products I tasted, with particular attention to "food pairing"
