My name is Rosa Del Gaudo and since I was a child I have always had a passion for cooking.

About 10 years ago I left my job as an architect to pursue this passion of mine, and I haven't stopped since! I have attended courses, read books, leafed through cooking magazines and am constantly looking for what can help me grow professionally in this sector.

For some time I have been collaborating with various newspapers (print and online) that deal with the dissemination of food culture, because I like to know and transmit the "story" behind a dish or a raw material. For the same reason I organize courses and workshops for all ages, aware of the fact that there is less and less time to devote to cooking and for this reason we risk losing an incomparable wealth of recipes and products.

I have also received several awards for my work by winning or reaching the final in important cooking contests.
