Panel leader and hazelnut taster, in collaboration with Unituscia I created the hazelnut tasting sheet in 2010.
From 2008 to today I have been touring with my NoccioliAmo a guided tour / tasting aimed at consumers dedicated to the history, curiosities, supply chain and hazelnut tasting, participating in major national and regional events. 
Creator of the Nocciola Day arrived in 2021 in its tenth edition, a national day / event dedicated to the Italian hazelnut.

I am a tasting teacher and expert technical consultant in the quality of hazelnut products (transformation and roasting).

Co-author of the Encyclopedia of Hazelnut Book Published by Mondadori and co-authored with Clara and Gigi Padovani. 
The field of sensory analysis is my forte, in fact I also participate in the jury in various competitions or panels in the sector. I am taster of various 3rd international level chocolate agri-food products, master taster of salami onas, expert taster enrolled in the register of oil, taster of beer, wine and table olives.     
I have been the owner of a pastry shop for a year, I have taken over the historical family business, paying particular attention to the use of good Italian hazelnut in pastry, I use the different Italian cultivars and communicate to the customer / consumer the differences, uses and combinations.
