The festival

When food makes the news and when the news talks about food: Turin will host the International Food Journalism Festival.

Three days entirely dedicated to one of the most current topical issues, with meetings, workshops and a “tasty” calendar of offside events, show-cooking and guided tastings, aimed at professionals and open to the general public.

National and international experts will enliven the assembly floor, alongside the stands of companies, institutions, bloggers and sector journalists.

The Festival will focus on four sections: Food Safety, Biodiversity, Lifestyles and Enogastronomic wine culture.

The heart of the working sessions will be in the historic centre of the city. 

Other historic locations, some open air, will host some of the offside events. On the final day the Festival boundaries will then move beyond Turin, with a series of press trips – reserved for journalists and bloggers – to discover the excellent enogastronomic food and wine culture of Piedmont itself.
