The blog Salentoterradagustare.it was born from the desire of two sisters to retrace that bond following the path of food and wine, also thanks to the great passion of Paola, older sister, for the art of cooking, and of Ilaria, her younger sister, to eat the delicacies cooked by Paola. Initially set up as a food blog dedicated to traditional Salento dishes and more, over time the idea of ​​combining recipes and suggestions for a successful dish has matured, a space that can tell the territory using food as a key to reading the food : from the enhancement of typical local products to the rediscovery of old traditions, from the many trends in terms of nutrition to the story of the young realities that are betting on agriculture and the value of the land. If the mantra that accompanies all our recipes is "easy fast and delicious", the narrative style of the blog is halfway between reportage and experiential narrative: in both cases the intent is to let the reader enter virtually our cooking, in our home, in our microcosm of Salento welcoming it with open arms and without formalism. Good food and good stories, two ingredients that have always combined together wonderfully and make an anonymous evening in a great reunion between friends, a chance encounter in a love, and the Salento from a distant land a world to be savored.
