My name is Elena Cocchiara I am a nutritionist biologist. I work in Rome as a freelancer, I deal in particular with nutritional consultations for adults and children, nutrition education (also through education projects in schools) and having a biologist education specialized in genetics I know very well how important it is to personalize the nutritional plan that I elaborate on the basis of age, taste, habits and possible pathologies of the single person.
I organize practical nutrition workshops in the kitchen to promote awareness in the nutritional process. I do my job with great passion and with the conviction that eating oneself is primarily an act of care and love for ourselves. I am very sensitive to issues related to ethics and sustainability in the environmental and nutritional field. I keep myself constantly updated on the various issues concerning nutrition following conferences and courses for a continuous update in the context of my work as a nutritionist.
