This document indicates the operating rules of the B2B Event which will be held in Turin on the 21 and the 22 February 2019 as part of the Festival of Food Journalism (from now on Event).

The event is organized by Pensare il Cibo, based in Turin, Via G.Verdi 20 in collaboration with the Turin Chamber of Commerce.

The event is aimed at making the Maestri del Gusto and the Torino DOC companies freely meet with professionals in the food communication sector.

Thinking about Food will take care of combining companies and professionals based on what is indicated in the respective application forms.

Each meeting will take place in a private room made available by the Festival of Food Journalism.

Participation is free and does not imply any obligation of future commitment. Thinking about food will remain totally alien to any agreement that may be made between business and professional.

Each professional will be able to indicate up to a maximum of two companies with which he requires an interview. The meetings will be organized on the basis of the preferences expressed by the company and / or at the discretion of the organization.

In anticipation of a high number of subscriptions by communication professionals and hourly availability indicated by companies and professionals, Thinking about Food does not guarantee that all requests for contact with companies are met.

The meetings will take place on the 21 / 02 from 14.30 to 17.30 and 22 / 02 from 09.30 to 12.30 and from 14.30 to 17.30. Each meeting will have a maximum duration of 15 minutes and will be followed by a break of 5 minutes.
