Director of the Food Journalism Festival of Turin and president of the Associazione Pensare il Cibo. Journalist, I founded the website www.spazifood.it dedicated to food information and I direct "Thinking about Food" which also gives the name of the food festival seen from the philosophy held in Turin every year in autumn. I manage the site Thinking about Food, dedicated to the philosophical debate on food. I have written numerous books including "Il riso, dal campo alla tavola", 2015; "The potatoes", 2007.
