Graduated in Gastronomic Sciences in March 2013, after three years of work for Slow Food Promotion, I decided to write a blog to tell the stories of the producers I met over the years, to illustrate the characteristics of the best food and wine events in Italy, and much more still ... Meanwhile I dedicate myself to Brambù, the food truck that I manage together with my partner, and that brings products made with Salsiccia di Bra to the Italian roads.
