My passion for cooking was born in the first place from the love for food and good food and was cultivated thanks to a profession that I love. My blog, Alterkitchen, was born in 2011, a few days after the graduation of the master's degree, and represents the trait d'union between my passion for cooked and eaten food and love for historical studies and for deepening of the cultural and social value of food, of which I am fully convinced.
