My name is Vanessa and I am a naturopath and nutritional coach. I studied naturopathy in Turin and I specialized in dietary supplementation following courses in Milan, Vienna, Paris and Atlanta (USA). I obtained a Master in Nutrition and Dietetics applied to Sport at the Polytechnic University of Marche.In my blog I talk about nutrition, well-being, balance and health because I believe that everyone can eat well and appreciate food if they know what they are eating.
