I started a journey throughout Italy in search of typical dishes, also looking for hospitality in the tables of Italians. My desire at the end of this project is to be able to enclose my experience in a book where to name and thank all the people who have hosted me or told me something curious about their traditions. I would like to write a book with a thousand hands, dictated by all the Italians I met and I want to be able to say that I have eaten all over Italy
