I am a journalist who loves traveling, discovering and, above all, madly in love with food and wine. For years I have been dealing with cooking, typical products, wine, traditions, territories, events and festivals, thanks above all to experiences that in the past led me for more than 4 years to work in the world of catering (dining room, kitchen, bar, local management ) and my family traditions among pastry shops and bakers. I attended the second AIS level to become a sommelier (I look forward to the last level) and I continue to participate in courses, tastings and events where they can in order: meet people with my own passions, discover new things and treasure them, have fun and feel good. From the 2013 I have also embarked on a "political" adventure for the sport that I love for almost twenty years, American football, by applying to the federation board. By now this is the 5 year I work at FIDAF and I work with young people, schools and training, but there are many things to do and there are plenty of opportunities to get involved in something else. All those who work for American football in Italy make great sacrifices, but I am sure that soon we will find the right position in the group of national sports. I am interested in many things and I would study and train today, perhaps to make up for lost time years ago. However, I am a very practical person, who loves to do what he does on every occasion.
