I am a graduate student in Gastronomic Sciences at the University of Pollenzo, definitely interested in the world of food and wine. An explorer of taste, an incurable curiosity, a wandering wolverine and an atypical Ligurian, I am currently free of any "enclosure", that is, I have neither work nor blog (the second is in the planning phase and will be implemented after graduation, which will take place in March). I am now working on my degree thesis, which will focus on the Food Writing 2.0 with the case study of the paper magazine Cook_inc. where I worked for a few months, to explore the need for gastronomic journalism and a narrative to think, food and more, starting from food. I think the reasons for my request for accreditation are clear enough, to make it short and direct: this festival and its side projects are hours of study for me.
