I am a freelance journalist who loves travels, discoveries and, above all, madly in love with food and wine.

For years I have been dealing with cooking, typical products, wine, traditions, territories, events and festivals, thanks above all to experiences that in the past have led me to work in the world of catering for more than 4 years (dining room, kitchen, bar, local management ) and my family traditions among pastry shops and bakers. I attended the second AIS level to become a sommelier (I look forward to doing the last level) and I continue to participate in courses, tastings and events where they can be in order: meet people with the same passions as me, discover new things and treasure them, have fun and feel good.

Since 2013 I have also embarked on a "political" adventure for the sport that I have loved for almost twenty years, American football, as a candidate for the board of the federation. By now this is the 5th year that I work in FIDAF and I deal with young people, schools and training, but there are many things to do and there is no lack of opportunities to be involved in other things as well. All those who work for American football in Italy make great sacrifices, but I am sure that we will soon find the right position in the ranks of national sports.

I am interested in many things and I would live on study and training today, perhaps to make up for the time lost years ago. However, I am a very practical person, who loves to finish what he does on every occasion.
