I am a journalist who has been dealing with food and wine for many years, especially in my territory, the Aosta Valley. I have been collaborating for 14 years for the weekly magazines Gazzetta Matin and Week end, for these magazines I also deal with thematic Gmagazines including Cuisine linked to the world of food and wine. For 12 years I have also been collaborating with the quarterly Barolo & co, a sector newspaper in which I tell about my Valle fuori Valle. A year ago I also started writing for Rendez-Vous en Vallée quarterly and online magazine about tourism, food and wine and culture which is also distributed in French and aimed at Switzerland.
For 6 years I have also been working with the VIVAL wine growers association of the Aosta Valley for which I take care of events such as Vinitaly and the organization of Vins Extremes.
