I go in search of hidden villages and if during the trip I come across a particular scent (of food of course) that I do not recognize, I '' chase '' it to the door and let me tell the recipe! I'm not kidding, the last trip saw me at the window in a Ligurian village chatting amiably with a lady to find out how to cook that delight that had reached my nostrils.

I write about my travels, my favorite dishes and when it happens, I tell about Italian excellences, the news of the food, wine and travel sectors, but from time to time I also like to tell about the beauty news.
