I am Concetta Bruno President of the ComeUnaMarea Onlus association.

The association carries out activities in support of sustainable development, environmental protection and culinary traditions.

For many years it has been carrying out initiatives in support of agri-food production and the fishing sector.

It, a member of the Cerealia Festival Network, will propose two initiatives for the 2022 edition:

15 September 2022 - Online round table on the ZOOM platform and on Facebook live entitled "Aquaculture between sustainability and prejudices" 

20 October 2022 - "Pseudo cereals, a very valid economic nutritional alternative for our planet"

ComeUnaMarea participates for the second year in the SCIM Week of Italian Cuisine in the World with the initiative with the initiative "The ancient grains of Sicily in China for a nutritious and sustainable made in Italy pizza"

The activities of ComeUnaMarea Onlus are carried out with the patronage of public institutions.

The association has published the children's book "I cooks recyclers, sustainable recipes to play in the kitchen"
