Avid drinker and passionate lover of good wine and craft beer. Not surprisingly, "oenology" and "homebrewing" are the words I use most frequently in a sentence. Because they are my life, what I do and what I love, for passion, for profession, for culture. Like an alchemist artisan I transform the things of nature, but always with extreme respect, without altering their course and with the least possible impact. Transforming, for me, means creating starting from the essence to get to the forms, without artifice; manipulate in the purest meaning of the term, that is to use your hands to shape what I like to call "life". I believe this is also reflected in the research I do at the Department for Innovation in Biological, Agri-food and Forestry Systems (DIBAF) of the University of Tuscia, in the cellar and in the vineyard, places where I feel at home.
