Startup: here is Rec Tv, the self-produced video production company

They collaborated with the Food Journalism Festival, taking care of videos and supporting the work of journalists for the realization of the interviews published on Youtube at this link.

They are the boys of Turin Rec TV, the "self-produced production house" (as its slogan states), led by Ilaria Chiesa, 27-year-old student with a three-year degree in Arts, Music and Performing Arts. “We are a startup born about a year ago, in January 2015, thanks to Treatabit, the Politecnico's incubator for digital startups. We are all boys under 30 who work with VAT, indeed we were almost all companions at Dams, plus some interns who are reported to us by the University Job Placement. In particular, the staff can go from 2 to 13 people depending on the workload ".

"We take care of making and packaging audiovisual products low-cost, thanks to a kit of self-produced equipment. What we offer are complete products, ranging from video making to graphics, including animations. Our customers? They are established companies, but also startups ". On the future, Ilaria has clear ideas: “In this second year the goal is to transform ourselves from strtup to business, otherwise for us, and for realities similar to ours, there would be no future. To do this, we are starting a journey with the association Réseau Entreprendre Piemonte (which aims to support the creators of new businesses, ed); and - after attending the NiLab, New laboratory ideas - we are working with the Chamber of Commerce on our educational part, which includes practical tutoring for videomakers ". There is also one innovative part of Rec TV, which could soon become an independent company involving Politecnico engineers, programmers and makers. At the study of this group is a kit "to automate - explains Ilaria - the equipment that one already has. The idea is to make the cameras, or the lights of a set, smart, with the aim of creating a sort of small mobile direction controllable via app.
