Manuela Giovannetti between information and biotechnology

Graduated in Agricultural Sciences, Manuela Giovannetti she was a research fellow at the CNR and then a researcher at the Center for Study of Soil Microbiology at the CNR in Pisa. Today he teaches at the University of Pisa and directs the Nutrafood Interdepartmental Nutraceutical and Health Food Center. She is the author of 300 publications, of which 100 in international journals ISI, of 12 chapters in scientific books published by international publishers and of numerous scientific publications. He comes to the Festival to talk about biotechnology in agriculture at the 12 debate on Friday 24 in the Auditorium.
