I am an independent journalist and food blogger from Basilicata. Since 2013 I have opened a small communication and storytelling company (Filomedia Srl), with which I mainly deal with food and wine communication, even with small local events. With the bolog FoodFileBasilicata, together with my husband Cutolo Raffaele, we made a medium-length film on some traditional Arebreshe products. Some communities of Albanian origin, in fact, have been present in the Lucanian territory since the fifteenth century, and we consider them "nurturers" of some very relevant symbolic and gastronomic traditions. The doc is still unpublished and is called "Pane Amore e Arberia".
