I chair the ass. cult. Gusti Tuscia, which promotes "good" food through the cooking school where I am the teacher and I organize food-themed cultural events. I am passionate about cooking, dynamic, self-taught. I search for new flavors and combinations, with attention to the raw materials in the recipes proposed. I am associated with AICI: ass. Italian cooking teachers, of which I am an aspiring teacher.
