I founded my cooking school after several years of passionate studies, I have been running it for 13 years now with effort and satisfaction. I have always been passionate about cooking, dynamic, self-taught. Always looking for new flavors and combinations, very attentive to the excellent quality of the raw materials that characterize the recipes proposed in the various events.
I am part of the AICI association (teachers of Italian cuisine), as a teacher.
Food is the means by which to bring knowledge, passion and love to the table.
Research is the basis of new combinations to enhance the simplest flavors, interspersed with ancient recipes that have deep roots.
The cooking school is a meeting place for people as well as a place for food.
