I am the editor of the paper monthly qbquantobasta - gusto e buon gusto in the Euroregion, a monthly I founded ten years ago and which is supported by an online newspaper: www.qbquantobasta.it  We deal with the discovery and narration of the often unknown realities of our Friuli Venezia Giulia region, with a focus on Slovenia and Austria. There is no shortage of recipes and product stories from Italian regions, in-depth information on wines, recipes from chefs and food bloggers. 

Since last year the publishing house has created a recipe book series with photographs in the Mittelcook series. We have published so far "Sapori di Slovenia and" How sweet Trieste is. "We founded the Club of the Soup and we give life monthly to a series of qbist appointments.
