Graduated in Food Sciences, I have been collaborating for many years with specialized sector newspapers, for which I write articles dealing with legislation, technologies, ingredients, packaging, new product development, hygiene and safety, current affairs. 

I coordinate training events aimed at professionals in the food sector.

I recently created the blog Saperedicibo.com, where I deepen technical and scientific aspects of food in a way (I hope) clear and understandable even to non-experts.
