I am a journalist, sommelier and olive oil taster and I collaborated with the Department of Agro-Food Sciences and Technologies of the University of Bologna.
Since 2016 I have been writing for the online magazine Il Giornale del Cibo, dealing with current affairs, health, culture and food policy. In particular, I create in-depth articles and interviews on these issues.
