A great passion for cooking, especially for pastry, for the world of food, from raw materials to finished products. I study food technologies at the University of Turin and food production processes fascinate and intrigue me. My approach to nutrition is that of a girl who considers food a great treasure, especially for Italy. In the future I hope to travel in search of forgotten and undervalued products.
