My name is Eva Dei and I am a collaborator of the multicultural blog Il Termopolio (www.iltermopolio.com). The blog was born in Pisa from the will of some guys to communicate and network first on the regional territory and then on the national one. The columns are numerous: art and archeology, science, cinema, literature, music, ... I collaborate on several fronts, but the sections from here I started were two: cooking and food and recipes. Each week, each column comes up with at least one new article, in the case of recipes with a complete menu from appetizers to desserts, trying to satisfy curiosity and preferences of an increasingly wider sphere of readers.
