I have been writing for two years for the Food & Drink section of OUTsiders webzine, through which I have obtained collaborations, among others, with Eataly, La Perla di Torino and the Sac à poche Academy. I attended tasting, cooking and food-wine pairing courses at Eataly Lingotto and Gambero Rosso. Attending the festival would be a great opportunity for growth and training for me.
