A master's degree in managerial excellence in food & beverage signed by ESCP EUROPE

Fine Business School in the world, forge of international excellence and emerging talents, ESCP Europe prepares graduates and young entrepreneurs for a brilliant global managerial career. Recently, the Italian office in Turin has focused its expertise on the food sector. 

Sponsor of the Festival of Food Journalism, in fact established the Master in International Food & Beverage Management - IFBM which, starting from next September, aims to train a new generation of managers, capable of bringing to the sector a further push towards excellence, efficiency and internationalization. Aimed at graduates and entrepreneurs in the sector who want to develop their own idea, theIFBM is the first Specialist Master's degree offered in Italy by ESCP Europe and sets itself the ambitious goal of creating future ambassadors of "Made in Italy" in the world. With a duration of one year, the Masters will develop in two semesters between the campuses ESCP Europe of Turin and Paris. This is the first Masters degree course to be held in the two countries that symbolize the world's food and wine culture. The Master's program includes an internship at partner companies of the initiative, including prestigious names such as: Bacardi-Martini, Baladin, Bongrain, Caffarel, Cameo, Campari, Carrefour, Coca-Cola, Costa Crociere, Danone, Distilleries Francoli, Fattorie Osella, Ferrero, Granarolo, Grom, Lavazza, Lurisia, Marchesi Antinori, Mondelez. Next to classroom lectures, theIFBM provides consulting projects, company visit periods in the company and a whole week at ALMA - The International School of Italian Cuisine, to directly experience the true "chef" experience.

Born in Paris in the 1819, ESCP Europe is the oldest business school in the world, currently among the most internationally renowned.
