The Colombatto boys at guest service
L'Hotel institute "Giuseppina Colombatto" of Turin has the objective of forming professionals in the food and wine and hospitality sector. During the initial two-year period, students follow the general teachings to all the schools and the subjects of address with the laboratories of the three tourist-hotel sectors. In the second two years the specialization is chosen for which one feels more passion and affinity: food and wine kitchen, food and wine confectionery, room and sale, tourist reception. The fifth year attendance with the passing of the state exam offers free access to any university faculty or post-diploma course. At the Festival of Food Journalism the students of the school will take care of thewelcoming of guests during the two days with the panels and debates, Thursday and Friday.
