Turin Chefs Association (Via Bogino 17) - “Gustar Divino”. The Turin Chefs Association presents a food and wine tasting in collaboration with the Nizza Silvano Farms (Santo Stefano Roero-CN), Massara-Burlotto Winery (Verduno CN) and the Marco Capra Farm. The producers who will present their wines and the Sommelier Marco Viti of Mv Cellar will speak.

Palazzo Birago (Via Carlo Alberto 16) - "Turin Capital of Taste - invitation to the Palace".
An aperitif organized by the Turin Chamber of Commerce and offered by the Maestri del Gusto of Turin and its province, to talk about innovation in the agri-food sector: from Turin Capital of Taste to the appointments of the Turin Restaurant Week, up to the Turin DOC wines proposed by the Regional Enoteca of the Wines of the province of Turin. Discovering the new mixing proposals that arise from Anselmo Turin Vermouth and other innovative excellences (Turineis, Taggiasco Extra Virgin, Vermouth with Erbaluce di Caluso and hemp from Canavese, Beermut with Birra Baladin).
