Hello, I'm Patrizia and I write for my blog Sapori in Viaggio.
In 2017 I left for the United States, a year after graduating in architecture, to start my career in the kitchen. For 4 years I have worked between Italy and abroad in the kitchens of Italian restaurants, without neglecting the exploration of local tradition. Food is my passion and even during the lockdown I couldn't do without it. Days spent experimenting with recipes and writing about them on my blog or for other online platforms. The important thing for me is that there is awareness in the use of certain products and that the oldest gastronomic culture is not lost. In my small I try to spread this and I hope that readers appreciate and become curious about this world.
