Gastrosopher right down to the marrow. Orecchiette and caponata run through my veins, but I was born in the shadow of the Mole. Degree in translators and interpreters, specialization in editorial writing, but the appeal of food and wine was so strong that it led me to open in 2013 Papille Brille, my little special shop. Artisans of taste, farmers and winemakers were friends, their products were masterpieces not only to sell but to communicate. That shop no longer exists, but I continue to give a voice to all producers who profess the religion of healthy, clean and fair food. A blog on the way and many projects in the pipeline.
