Freelance journalist, I have been traveling since 1991 to learn about and document gastronomic cultures on a global level for the publishing houses and magazines I collaborate with (Il Friday di Repubblica, Sale & Pepe, La Madia Travelfood). Alongside the activity of journalism, alongside that of event designer, curating food and wine and cultural events in Piedmont and Italy, I teach in some Masters in Journalism and Gastronomic Tourism (Icif, Iulm and at the Polytechnic School of Design, Gambero Rosso).
