Sometimes being a journalist means having to face a new topic without knowing it. This is what recently happened to me with the great adventure of the Food Journalism Festival. A new area, that of food and nutrition, to be explored with enthusiasm. A territory in which to drive and be guided by the people who are part of my team, with whom I share my daily work by now.
