Eco della Stampa, the largest media monitoring company in Italy and one of the main media intelligence companies also at European level, partner of the Food Journalism Festival, has acquired 50% of the shares of the company PostPickr, the first Italian company in development of software for social media management.
PostPickr simultaneously launched an ambitious growth plan, aimed at extending the capabilities of the first Italian social media publishing tool. The founding members will remain at the helm of the company Maurice Lotito (Marketing and Product Design Manager) e Maria Miracapillo (Chief Executive Officer), while Pietro Biglia and Leonardo Frugiuele will join the board of directors in
representation of L'Eco della Stampa.
The synergies between the two companies will make themselves felt soon and joint initiatives are expected on the offer front for content creators and communication professionals on social networks.
