Quality and water savings: Smat with the 2018 Festival

Water quality is a key feature in defining food safety and is also one of the topics addressed by the Festival. Of water quality and water networks is concerned Smat, Metropolitan Water Association of Turin, among the partners of the 2018 edition.
The company has long been committed to communication to encourage citizens to drink tap water with confidence.

In careful and sustainable management of a precious resource like water, Smat, uses awareness-raising campaigns that contribute to developing a greater environmental awareness on the part of users and a consequent caution in water consumption. On the one hand, the company uses campaigns on network water quality such as the Casette dell'Acqua, and on the other, through its own Research Center, it perfects and fine-tunes projects in the field of water resource safety, waste and environmental impact.
