I am a 25 year old young boy with a degree in Food Technology from the University of Grugliasco of Agriculture, Forestry and Food. My studies have deepened the topic of nutrition from a health, procedural, structural biochemistry, analytical, safety and quality point of view in the production area and also in the marketing related commercial area.

After graduation I started writing articles on food for a site in Rome (AgrariaMentana), then I decided to take the freelance path by opening my personal site where I write targeted articles, always on the food topic, entering the specific and in the technician to be understood even by those who are not in the sector (Personal website: SanAl Alimentation).

I have several work experiences starting from:

- Labeling and food safety desk at the Turin Chamber of Commerce

- Dairy in France (Chateau du Queyras)
