Arrived at his fifth edition, the Festival will take place from 20 to 23 February 2020. It will not be just a time for debate. Alongside the panels, some moments that in previous editions were only in an experimental phase are consolidated and expanded.
The section dedicated to the events of the festival is confirmed practical laboratories, made with the contribution of the Chamber of Commerce of Turin and other institutions and partner companies. Set up in the spaces of the Congress Center, they are destined to become a fundamental formative moment as well as an opportunity to put into practice the concepts acquired during the panels and to deepen aspects such as food safety or direct knowledge of some excellent food and wine.
After the success of the last edition, the programming of the B2B moment is also confirmed, two days in which the communication professionals will be able to meet the companies of the agri-food sector interested in a consultancy and a comparison. Also for next year i incontriB2B will be organized thanks to the support of the Turin Chamber of Commerce which in the past edition had involved its Masters of Taste and the Turin DOC wine producers.
During the Festival, experts from the world of journalism, representatives of public administrations, companies will be asked to contribute. food blogger, an influencer, food safety professionals, chefs, representatives of associations and press offices. The leitmotif of the debates will be to stimulate confrontation and reflection among the various protagonists of food communication even in the face of an increasingly attentive, participatory and prepared consumer audience. The educationals dedicated to journalists will also return, an opportunity to learn about the resources and excellent food and wine of the Piedmont area.
