La sixth edition of the Food Journalism Festival will take place in presence in Turin, Monday 27 and Tuesday 28 September, in the splendid spaces of the Circle of Readers in via Bogino 9. There are also two moments of approach to the festival: the first, on the day of Friday September 24a discussion on the topic of food and city policies, in view of administrative elections expected in autumn; The second one, Saturday 25, in which the book dedicated to the "recipes of sustainability" created by the Food Journalism Festival will be presented.
Le days central to this Festival of the restart will therefore be Monday 27 and Tuesday 28 September and will be in attendance, but with reservation obligation. There will be debates on information regarding the food we eat, interviews with food characters, presentations of studies and research on food trends with anticipations on how the food world and consumers will live after Covid. Alongside the discussion panels there will be the limited number of experiential workshops designed for the training of journalists and communicators, in collaboration with food companies, organizations and research institutes that are partners of the Festival.
Access to the rooms and classrooms of the laboratories will be made by reservation only, as the capacity will be limited by the anti Covid regulations.
However, for the first time, the Festival panels will be broadcast in live streaming.
To attend the Festival in attendance it will therefore be mandatory to register on the site www.festivalgiornalismoalimentare.it starting from September; to follow the streaming, however, simply connect to the link that will be published on the home page of the official website.
The sixth edition of the Food Journalism Festival will be entirely dedicated to the new world of food after the pandemic and will pay particular attention to sustainability and health.
