The stories of the Masters of Taste to tell the food and wine of Piedmont

There will also be some Masters of Taste al Festival of Food Journalism of Turin, from 25 to February 27: some of the best food and wine producers in the area, they will offer small samples of their excellent products, even with visits and tastings. Journalists participating in the Festival will therefore have the opportunity to combine a visit to the city and the surroundings with a taste of the best Turin food and wine.

The stories of the Masters of Taste are many, original and often exciting: the biennial selection of Chamber of Commerce of Turin, now in its seventh edition, collects the best food and wine producers of the territory, identified thanks to the collaboration of Slow Food as for taste and typicality, and of the Chamber of Commerce Chemical Laboratory for what concerns the hygienic-sanitary characteristics.

Tomato and basil ice cream, gnocchi with nettles or hazelnuts, plin with ricotta and citrus fruits, vegan Russian salad, bread with sourdough extracted over the years' 50, mountain mushrooms and city wine, goji berries, chocolate beer, coffee of the prison ...
